Today it's Christmas in Ethiopia! We were able to celebrate a few days early with some friends! We made a few favorite Ethiopian foods for lunch. Then we had a little coffee ceremony with popcorn, glass bottles of Coke, dabo (ET bread), and of course apple pie and ice cream. We joked this was a multicultural meal! We are thankful for the Snyder family and that they live close enough that we can get together every once in awhile.
