Peoria Zoo with Nana

The zoo is one of the boys favorite spots! They love the lions, elephants and giraffes! We met my mom in Peoria at the zoo and this was the boys first outing in underwear!!!! (still not all the way potty trained yet, but getting close!!) Jacob and Kaleb like to "ride" on the statue animals.

Isaiah's Big Catch

Isaiah went with a friend to the little pond in our small town the other day with a fishing pole and peanut butter. He called about 15 mins later saying he needed help with his big catch. Brad wasn't home and the little boys were sleeping, so we couldn't go help. They got someone to help with the hook.  We wouldn't have believed it was this big without a picture. He was so proud!

4th of July at Lake Warren

For the past 6 years we have been celebrating the 4th of July at Lake Warren with Brads side if the family. Some of my family has joined us the last two years too!! So many fun memories made each year. Here are some pictures from our day.

Caylene and family come to VISIT!!!!

When we were in Ethiopia over 2 years ago, we spent a lot of time with Caylene and Roza and Landon. Caylene stayed between court and embassy almost he exact amount of time that we stayed with Jacob. We are so thankful that we had someone else to share that experience with and a friend for life! She brought her five kids and a friend along for a visit. They lived in Washington and recently moved to Houston, TX. Her crazy crew flew from TX to WA and then drove from WA to IL, then IL to TX. We so appreciate her taking the time to visit us. It was great to see all the kids together (Isaiah knows them from ET too!)

 The Knox Family came to Knoxville!!!
